TAPATAN SA ARMM WITH ACTING REGIONAL GOVERNOR HON. ANSARUDDIN ALONTO ADIONG

Acting Regional Governor Ansaruddin Alonto Adiong joins the Tapatan sa ARMM last April 7, 2011. Tapatan sa ARMM as a regular press conference held every Wednesday at ORG preconference room.

After several months of covering the Tapatan sa ARMM this was my fisrt time to see ARG Hon. Adiong, after his first state of the regional address.

Hon. Adiong enters the conference room with a smile in his face, his aura was very pleasant and light. I am stunned with his presence. I just saw the other side of Hon. Adiong. He cracked joke seeing his old media friends.

According to Hon. Adiong, he doesn’t have any plans yet of filling his candidacy running as regional governor of Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao. For now he just wanted to serve his constituents. “Work, work and work for now Hon. Adiong said. Any issues with regards to the upcoming election let us follow what was written in the law.”

Tapatan sa ARMM ended up with jokes of Acting Regional Governor Hon. Adiong. Cheers!!!

MANG INASAL OPENS IN COTABATO CITY

Finally Mang Inasal opens here in Cotabato City last April 1, 2011. Located at Shariff Kabunsuan Pendatun Avenue. Mang Inasal is known as the fastest growing food chain in term of barbeque.

Edgar Sia II engaged in business at twenty years of age. He opened the first branch in December 2003 at the Robinson's Mall Carpark - Ilolo.

In 2003, he opened Mang Inasal. The restaurant was instantly successful that it spread throughout most of the Visayas, to Mindanao and then Metro Manila. It applied for franchise a couple of years later.

By 2009, Mang Inasal opened one hundred stores.

In October of 2010, 70% of Mang Inasal was acquired by Jollibee Foods Corporation for P3 billion ($68.8 million).

COTABATO CITY OPENING SOON AL-NOR COMMERCIAL COMPLEX

Front view of the complex

AL-NOR Commercial complex opens soon here in the city. So far this is the biggest commercial complex ever built here in the city. I would say a one stop shop.

The front portion of the building would composes of pharmacies, 24 hours convenient store, water refilling stations, money transfer company, boutiques, internet cafes, beauty parlor,  bioessence branch 2  and pizza hut (wow, I wish this is the one that am imagining of).

The second building left corner facing the main entrance would be a restaurant, medical laboratories and medical clinics since this is just in front of the  Cotabato Regional Medical Hospital

At the back portion would be the hotel, convention center, bowling center, fitness gym, badminton court, and the convention hall for wedding, seminars and among others.

second building at the left side
They are aiming to finish the phase 1 and phase 2 of the complex before the celebration of Araw ng Cotabato this coming June 20 this year. The whole complex including the hotel, convention hall and the pool will be done before this year ends. THIS IS SOMETHING TO WATCH OUT.
