Saidamen Pangarungan should be appointed as ARMM Governor. he has excellent track record and initiated unprecedented reforms and projects during his term as Governor of Lanao del Sur. No other Governor of the said province has surpassed the accomplishments of Atty. Panagarungan.
Atty. Saidamen B. Pangarungan should be appointed as OIC Goverenor, he has excellent track record in government service. During his term as Governor of Lanao del Sur, he has initiated unprecedented reforms and projects which up to now have not been surpassed by any Governor of the said province.
DR.NORMA M.SHARIEF,PH.D,Is the most qualified among the candidates for the OIC ARMM GOVERNOR.

i hope that one of the bases in appointing oic armm are the 3 forum conducted in anc. cotabato and zamboanga bcoz for me Dr.Sharief is the no. 1
