LARUYLARUY SINTA GOES TO BORACAY!!!

I’ve heard so much about Boracay as one of the beautiful destination and most visited place here in Philippines.

Honestly I never envisage of going to Boracay. Why??? Thinking of going there is very expensive plus the fact that it was shown in the news that the place was already polluted. I have my own dream destination.

I considered myself lucky for I became a part of the media to join the Boracay Global Press Corps Philippines who opens the opportunity of going to Boracay for free???hehehe.

THE TRIP

Just what I’ve thought the fare was expensive. We don’t have enough time to avail early booking flight. The route was Davao – Manila; Manila to Caticlan. From Caticlan airport certain fees to arrange like environmental fee,transportation fee, port fee and vehicle fee. Ride with tricycle that will bring to port, from port ride with bangca (boat) that will bring you to Boracay Island either at the front or at the back depends on the wave. Then you can take multicab, tricycle or even walk if your accommodation is near at the port.

THE TOUR

Wow, you got so many adventures and tours to choose depending on your budget and trip. Like luxury sailing,island hopping,fishing adventure, scuba diving, tornado jet boat, boracay sunset cruise, kayak island hopping, go karts, segway island adventure, zipline zorb combo, so many spa and so many to mention whew…(ang dami,sobra). So we chose island hopping and negotiate it at 1,500 for 6 of us.

First stop was snorkeling, you have to rent the gadgets at 100 pesos each plus 20 pesos for the snorkeling fee. You will enjoy it when you have your bread with you to throw at the fishes. Time consume was an hour but it depends on you how long would you like to stay snorkeling.

The Crystal Cove Island

Second stop, Crystal Cove Island with 200 pesos per head entrance fee. We skipped that tour for we are on a limited budget, sad to say that but its acceptable.hehehe…

Third stop I can’t barely recall it for am not listening to our tour guide…hahahha…I am fascinated with the scenic views of Boracay. The supposed to be last stop was Puka Beach where you can buy some pasalubong like puka shell rosary and accessories. Puka beach was not passable, huge wave.

Enjoy your shopping at D’Mall where you can buy your pasalubong like hand painted shirt of Lonely Planet Shop, pearls and lots of accessories. Food trip is also a must. Just walk around and explore the place and learn to bargain, hehehe…

ACCOMODATION

There are plenty of hotels to choose from. Boracay EcoVillage Resort & Convention Place is far from the civilization of Boracay but mind you the place is perfect. Very nice and accommodating attendants. A very big thanks to Sir Juan P. Dayang, PAPI President for the accommodation.

TIPS

1. Plan your trip for you to avail lowest airfare.

2. Must travel light.

3. Ask friends who happens to visit Boracay, or even check online blog and website.

4. Be prepared for loads of fees.

5. The best month to be in Boracay is December and summer. Low season start at June 1 to October 31 and peak season is November 1 – May 31.

COURTESY RESIGNATION OF ARMM EXECUTIVES ORDERED

Here’s another interesting article about the latest happening inside Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). Got this article from the official website of ARMM, www.armm.gov.ph written by BPI-ARMM dated last October 1, 2011. In verbatim, here it goes.

COTABATO CITY – Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao Acting Governor Ansaruddin A. Adiong has ordered his cabinet secretaries and heads of bureaus to tender courtesy resignation in his bid to reconstitute the regional bureaucracy with people of his choice to assist him in running the ARMM governance under a new mandate.

Adiong issued Office Order No. 053 on Thursday, the eve of the end of his elective term, asking all his coterminous executives to submit their resignation letters before Friday noontime and clear themselves of all monetary and property accountabilities.

As of press time shortly the close of office hours today (Friday), six concerned officials have sent in their courtesy resignation letters.

The six are ARMM Executive Secretary Naguib G. Sinarimbo, Bureau of Public Information (BPI) Executive Director Ali G. Macabalang, Bureau of Cultural Heritage Director Aymee Biruar, Office of Development Assistance David Ali, DOST Regional Secretary Fradzkhan Ilaji, DAR Assistant Secretary Padilla Pundaodaya, and Regional Board of Investment chairman Ishak Masura.

It was learned that other regional cabinet members and heads of bureaus were on official trips outside Cotabato City since Thursday and were expected to heed the order Monday.

Adiong’s directive came shortly before Malacañang announced that incumbent elective ARMM officials would stay in their posts even as their terms ended Friday in pursuance to the Supreme Court’s temporary restraining order halting the implementation of R.A. 10153, which deferred the region’s 2011 polls to 2013.

The law, which also authorized the President to appoint officers-in-charge (OICs) to serve the ARMM governance for 21 months, is facing separate petitions by groups challenging before the Supreme Court its constitutionality.

The SC issued on TRO on September 13 in what was perceived to be a prudential decision to prevent a possible chaos in the event the High Tribunal reverses the law after the appointment and takeover of the OICs.

Palace: Holdover officials in ARMM

Incumbent officials of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) will stay in their posts even as their terms end today, according to Malacañang.

No elections were held in August following the passage of a law synchronizing the ARMM elections with the national elections in 2013.

However, the Supreme Court issued a temporary restraining order on the appointment of officers-in-charge in the region, one of the provisions of the law that the Aquino administration intended to use supposedly to initiate reforms in the region.

“Since we cannot appoint new OICs, we are bound to respect the holdovers in the meantime. There will be holdovers in the meantime until the Supreme Court decides on the constitutionality of the ARMM postponement law,” Lacierda said in an afternoon briefing in Malacañang.

Lacierda, in an earlier news briefing, said having holdover elected officials had been found unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. He, however, said there should be no vacuum in governance in the region.

“The most logical thing, is for the incumbent officials to stay put,” he said.

While having holdover officials is unconstitutional, “we do not want … a vacuum.”

“It’s something that is important for governance to continue. There should be somebody on hand to continue public service,” Lacierda said.

He said the next move on the government’s reform agenda in the ARMM would hinge on the Supreme Court’s decision on whether the synchronization of elections law is constitutional.

“They may uphold the process (of appointing the OICs) … or they will say it us unconstitutional, in which case, either two options may be decided by the Supreme Court, either by (having) holdover (officials) or have elections,” Lacierda said.

BISEXUAL, DISCREET OR NOT? THE DONT'S......

Remember that these are the kind of guys who love staying inside their pink closets. Due to family, peer, social or work related reasons and pressures, they maintain their identities like OO7. In fact, in those previous years I’ve mentioned, I rarely hear the word tops or bottoms or versas. Certainly, every gay man has his own experience to share during his “re-awakening” period.

Here are the tips that the gay man of the century had learned so as not to be maligned or receive rejections from their eyeballs:

DON’T…

1. Wear shoulder bags. No matter the brand or how metrosexual you can be, this is still a big turn-off for most discreet guys.

2. Wear shocking colors. Would you like to see a sex eyeball in tangerine, fucshia, apple green or electric blue?

3. Put make-up. Would you like to be crowned as the new Foundation Day Queen?

4. Wear a ladies perfume or a cheap cologne. Better yet, your natural masculine scent is a big turn-on. The scent of your roll-on is enough to multiply the pheromones of your armpits.

5. Pretend that your voice is manly. The conversation will come up for sure. The high pitch quality is uncontrollable if that’s the natural you. But what the heck! David Beckham has that icky voice but is so gorgeous.

6. Look so neat that you just stepped out of a salon unless you are indeed a celebrity or a ramp model coming from a photo shoot.

7. Appear to be so sexually-inclined, so malicious that you want to suck the whole person at the moment of meeting-up.

8. Exaggerate your moves. Every sway of your hips and fingers cannot deny your femininity.

9. Over-impress the guy that you start praising him to high-heavens during the first meet-up. Get some decency and self-respect no matter how attractive the guy is than you.

10. Lure the guy with the money on your wallet. Would you like to be held-up?

11. Volunteer to pay all of the bills, unless you picked up the guy from the slum areas. You are just sending the signal to the guy that you aren’t beautiful as well and your money will just buy his company.

12. Forget to pray that you will be safe into that risky encounter. Always bring with you some identification cards for some untoward incidents.

13. Forget to protect yourself by bringing some lube or rubber. You don’t want your family and friends to learn that you had some anal lacerations.

14. Dream that the guy will still contact you after that sex eyeball. He’s got other asses to explore.

15. Over react if you see some cockroaches, lizards, spiders or rats running. These creatures are effective in tracing a guy’s gayness.

16. Discuss things that might bore your partner, stories about your EXs and past experiences unless he asks for it.
17. Discuss about the arts or gallery or cultural shows and ballet performances. They might suspect you as the prima ballerina.

18. Invite your partner to your house when your room is sprinkled with freesias, candles, vases and feminine colors of your curtains. Unless, he is of the same interests.

19. Forget… that a masculine room is devoid of antiques, floral lampshades, shawls, flowers, candles, tightly-neat room. The girly magazine is a plus not necessarily gay mags.

20. Wear girly undies unless there was a role-play scheduled.

21. Wear too much accessories. Simplicity is preferred. The more accessories you wear be it on your ears or fingers and wrists the more “gayish” you appear. A real discreet guy is contented with his masculine wristwatch, no fancy colors or styles, an authentic Swiss alarm chronograph is a big turn-on. Those fancy “de-palito” / FAKE watches from the street vendors or Divisoria simply shows your “ka-cheapan” and “TH / trying hard” attitude. You might as well not wear ANYTHING!

22. Wear pastel or loud colored belts most especially WHITE COLOR! What a disaster!
