“An annual celebration of the Province of South Cotabato that demonstrate the importance of T’nalak cloth as the cultural image of the Province.  The variety of activities of the festival mimics the T’nalak cloth, being a piece of cloth weaved to varied designs.  The festival activities are characterized by its focus on people and development anchored on tourism, history and culture and Arts.”
