City Alliance Evangelical Church: Cantata

Music has always been a part of praises to the Almighty for all the  Christian community. In 1929 the City Alliance Evangelical Church (CAEC) here in Cotabato City started to build their community. Since then the church loves music as part of their praises,  the members took part in the holding of Cantata which started in 1970 during the time of Mr. Herson Ramos. It became an annual event that the community look forward to.

On December 19, 2010 another spectacular performances of the Cantata was held where 36 members of the choir performed ten songs of the album "The Name Jesus". The preparation took off on June 2010 and invited KC Galano who played seven song pieces on violin. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hj7DKJNhpbI

The group hopes for another grand performance in December 2011 for the members of the City Alliance Evangelical community.

It is an accepted fact that music is indispensable in public worship.Ir is, in fact, the heart of worship, just as scripture is its very soul....TO THE ALMIGHTY FATHER we bring Him glory, honor and power forever!
